Plot: The year is 1926, and Newt Scamander (Eddie Redmayne) has just completed a global excursion to find and document an extraordinary array of magical creatures. Arriving in New York for a brief stopover, he might have come and gone without incident, were it not for a No-Maj (American for Muggle) named Jacob. A misplaced magical Case, and the escape of some of Newt’s fantastic beasts, which could spell trouble for both the wizarding and No-Maj worlds.

I did find the plot interesting.

My favourite bit is when Newt exits the case in front of the grand Cathedral.

The main characters are Newt Scamander (Eddie Redmayne), Newt is a Wizard from England who got a case of magical beasts. Tina (Katherine Waterston), Well she’s a witch, not like a witch with the big hat or anything, she’s a former secretary by the magical compass of the united states of America and she’s like the side kick to Newt.

Graves is the Villain, a quiet intensely focussed and serious bad guy played very well by Colin Farrell.

Yes I do recommend it for everyone.

Rating: 4½ out of 10 stars – Flixster/Rotten Tomatoes.
