Genre: Crime, Drama
Directed by: Lewis Arnold
Writing by: Levi David Addai
Casts: Jill Halfpenny, Babou Ceesay, Rudi Dharmalingam & Olive Gray.
Plot: A family try to survive after accepting a substantial pay-off to keep silent about the molestation of their son.
The plot for this 4-part series is about the subject to determine the future of the industry that involved young hopefuls but also the future of Entertainment.
I find this short series to be both emotional, heartbreaking & thought provoking story telling.
Pros: This 4-part Drama series showed the dramatic & emotional effect of the struggles of a post Harvey Weinstein past world of abuse on a young child actor, The Music for this show was on point & the emotions of this family going through ALL of this drama & all the acting of all the actors was Excellent.
Cons: some things that I wish could have happened but didn’t, the ending & this show probably won’t be for everyone but the subject of the show needed to happen right now.
