The Plot: When Cole stays up past his bedtime, he discovers that his hot baby sitter belongs to a satanic cult that will stop at nothing to keep him quiet.

I was looking forward watching this movie over the Halloween holiday.

This film was a fun ride.

Pros: I enjoy the performances in this film. You ended up rooting for Cole to survive his nightmare. the film is well pasted & well directed & also its knows when to get sill, goofy & barbaric.

Cons: At times it can get too serious for it’s own good.

The Casts & characters:

  • Samara Weaving as Bee, Cole’s attractive babysitter
  • Judah Lewis as Cole, a pre-teen boy whose parents hire a babysitter when they go out
  • Hana Mae Lee as Sonya, Bee’s goth friend who is part of her cult
  • Robbie Amell as Max, Bee’s jock friend who is part of her cult
  • Bella Thorne as Allison, Bee’s cheerleader friend who is part of her cult
  • Andrew Bachelor as John, Bee’s friend who is part of her cult
  • Emily Alyn Lind as Melanie, Cole’s neighbour and friend, who secretly has a crush on him and encourages him to spy on Bee
  • Leslie Bibb as Mom, Cole’s mother
  • Ken Marino as Dad, Cole’s father
  • Doug Haley as Samuel, an unfortunate victim of Bee and her cult
  • Miles J. Harvey as Jeremy, Cole’s bullying neighbor

I recommend watching this film on Netflix for this Halloween season.
