The plot: After meeting a mysterious old man, Din endeavours to reunite with his childhood friend, Li Na, with the help of a wish-granting dragon that emerges from the teapot given to him by the old man.

I have watched this film for a 2nd time so I can learn new things from it.

Wish Dragon was a really good movie.

Pros: Everything associated with this film is set in china which is a good thing. This film does feel similar to Aladdin and has many cliché from other romance movies. I enjoyed Din and Li together like a sweet couple & I like the message sent in this film about separation between the rich and the poor and about life. The animation is stunning and also excellent voice acting all made this a very enjoyable film.

Cons: The other side characters didn’t make an impression on me and the end battle was a bit average.

I highly recommend watching this film on Netflix.

Rating: 4 out of 5 Stars
